This program will help the select few that fit its description, improve their mental performance to the point of being able to get more done in the same amount of time WITHOUT using any dangerous medications.

Sounds good? Not so fast.

Inside this program, i bundled up everything the majority of people need to know about the function of the brain and how to improve it.

Now the good news, is that it doesn’t really matter why you are interested in this subject.

It doesn't matter if you are looking to simply study this subject, be happier, less anxious or gain a competitive advantage through increased productivity and hyperfocus.

Studying and implementing the material inside of it will accomplish all of these (to various degrees depending on the severity of your current issues) simply because this is a program about brain function in its totality and not one "just" for depression or "just" for anxiety.

Now the bad news, is that this program is not for severe problems.

I've seen them happen, but i can not promise them and this program was not created with this purpose in mind.

Other bad news is that if you judge something based on its appearance and not the results that it brings in your life like most people, you will be heavily disappointed by its format and lack of fancy details.

And the final bad news is that implementing this product will be hard and its benefits are not immediate because of the methodology that it uses in order to accomplish these improvements which is by giving you a mental framework when it comes to the function of the brain.

It will of course give you tips, tricks and other fancier stuff, but if you have bought any other of my programs you of know that the way i help people improve their health is mainly by providing mental frameworks which can be quite demanding & require a lot of patience.

There are also no money back guarantees.

But you also know that this style of teaching works if you are interested in real long-term results and not "sprints" of improvement followed by getting right back to where you started over and over which can be very exhausting and expensive to say the least.

And as you know as well, you will also have to read this multiple times in order to extract everything that it has to offer you and with each read, you will acquire more knowledge and connect more dots.

So the presentation of this material is done both in a highly technical manner where this needs to happen but also with some simplified practical tips and examples.

The main reasons i created this in case you want to know, is that i know (not "believe", know) that optimizing the performance of the brain is what will allow most people to unlock a new stage in their lives.

I am NOT saying that this will magically fix everything in your life but if you sit down and think about it like a human being able to feel compassion and ask yourselves "why do so many people struggle to improve their lives?"

"Is it due to lack of knowledge? Why do so few people take advantage of all these opportunities that are constantly around us?"

You will sooner or later realize (if you have some compassion and do not think stuff like "they're lazy") that improving your life might not be complicated in a lot of cases, but it's VERY hard and requires a LOT of brain power.

Something most people lack and this is not a judgement.

I am just trying to point out an underlying root cause of this issue.

You probably already know this after all.

You know that achieving any goal that massively improves your life, demands high levels of brain power by default.

So that's the first reason.

The second reason and the annoying one, is that i read some things that shocked me (and will probably shock some of you as well if you are unaware of certain things that go on).

Here we go:

"In 2021 the total number of prescriptions for Adderall in the U.S was over 20 million"

"During 2015–2018, 13.2% of Americans aged 18 and over reported taking antidepressant medication in the past 30 days

"However, those classified as “other antidepressant drugs” saw the largest increase in usage, from 12.5 million items in 2015/2016 to 20.4 million in 2021/22 — a 63.3% increase".

THIS. IS. NOT. NORMAL.

No. No.

If MOST people are heading in a certain direction, then we need to act differently by DEFAULT in order to avoid the same fate.

And the problem is that most people AREN'T.

And the third and final reason is that unfortunately, most people take their brain health for granted and i want to shine a light on its function and make MORE people prioritize brain health.

Most people have no idea how many things it controls.

This is of course nothing to be ashamed of because no one taught us this stuff (or plenty of other useful things).

But the brain is a very unique organ that its health unfortunately is often neglected despite dangerous symptoms that indicate its sub-function such as brain fog or the inability to concentrate.

Now since a lot of people are also interested in this program in order to improve issues such as anxiety and depression, allow me to say the following in order for you to NOT make a wrong purchase:

Everyone's mental health is based upon and mainly affected by 3 factors.

His lifestyle, his mindset and his biology.

This program addresses biology.

How can you tell the difference between a biological factor that will affect an issue such as depression and a mental one?

Allow me to give you an example:

If you have a roof over your head, are not ungrateful, have food on your table and are not in excruciating pain but you are still depressed, then it might be a biological issue.

This is why i dislike the "stop being depressed" kind of advice even though i get where it's coming from.

Would you walk up to a person with a vitamin D deficiency and say "just fix it"?

He literally can't fix something like this with his mind.

So just as you wouldn't walk up to a person with a vitamin D deficiency and say "just fix it", you can't say this kind of stuff to depressed people even though i once again understand where they come from.

So if these issues spring from excruciating life-related problems, i do not think that i can help you out to the degree that i would like to.

If on the other hand, your life is fine to a reasonable degree and also you've tried other mindset-related stuff and seen little to no long-term success with, then i might be able to help you out with minor forms of:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
